Our software development arm is currently developing a product that will change the way that knowledge management is implemented.  Rather than forcing people to submit their knowledge into a rigid infrastructure (e.g. a database) we remember a users digital experiences i.e. documents they've read, web pages they've visited, their emails, contacts and tasks in a "Personal Digital Index". A single search interface allows you to finds things on your machine. A peer-to-peer search capability allows you to query your colleagues machines in a collaborative effort.
