John Richards

John joined Korscient from Macfarlanes (the City law firm) having spent three years in its Company, Commercial and Banking Department. As a corporate lawyer he undertook a variety of transactions ranging from private company acquisitions and Management Buy-Outs to public company takeovers and mergers.

John is a main board Director of the Korscient Group and oversees strategic planning and business development. He is also responsible for all financial and administrative matters at Korscient.

Prior to becoming a solicitor, John took a degree in Economics and Business Management at the University of Cape Town.

Luke Roberts

Luke has an extensive knowledge of the Microsoft platform with his 10 years in IT being primarily spent in Infrastructure Engineering teams.

Luke has an in-depth architectural knowledge of the Windows platform and has been responsible for the engineering of many large scale Windows implementations (20,000+ seats).

His forte is building bullet-proof production solutions with components from the Microsoft platform.
